CONAM began operations in Alaska in late 1984 with oilfield construction and service contracts which included Pipeline Repair and Rehabilitation, Specialized Civil Construction, Module Fabrication and Major Facility Installations and Modifications in Prudhoe Bay. Through the years CONAM has installed Telecom infrastructure to include Fiber Optic Cable, Microwave systems and Infrastructure projects such as Water/Wastewater and Power Plant construction. Our Mining Division was formed in 2014 and is now serving the Major Mines in Alaska as well as the Western United States.
In Alaska, CONAM has enjoyed partnerships with Alaska Native Companies including CIRI, AMES LLC, AHTNA, Tikigaq Corporation of Point Hope, KIC of Kotzebue, Kuukpik Corporation of Nuiqsut, and AMES1.
In 2009 CONAM, along with its sister company, Price Gregory International, Inc. was acquired by Quanta Services, Inc., an S&P 500 company specializing in energy infrastructure projects, and continues to service Alaska’s Oil and Gas, Mining, Infrastructure and Telecom industries as well as Western U.S. Mining.
